New, uninstalled products with their packaging intact may be returned within 90-days from the original purchase date with prior authorization. Final credit from a return will be determined after the return product is inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We offer Free Returns on most products; however, certain products are subject to a 25% restocking fee up to 25%. Consult with your account manager for details.
When returning a product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns. Poles, bullhorns and linear fluorescents are custom made and cannot be returned.
To start the return or replacement process, please fill out the RGA Form, and email the form to email@example.com. A representative will be in touch within 24 hours of the submission to assign you with an RGA #.
